Pilates Studios at Findhorn
There are two studios in Findhorn, Moray. The group classes are held at the Findhorn Village Centre and the bespoke, private apparatus studio is located nearby.
The Group Class Studio is held in a light, airy mat room with a wooden floor and has underfloor heating. It has space for 12 mats.
The Private Studio houses the Pilates Apparatus - Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair. These machines offer resistance and assistance, using similar exercises to those used on the mat, allowing you to challenge your body to the next level.
The sessions on the apparatus are done as private (1 to 1 and up to 3 on 1) and need to be booked in advance.
