CANCELLATION POLICY:
No show and cancelled Mat classes are non-refundable.
Cancelled private sessions will be charged for in full if 48 hours prior notice has not been given.
Private and semi-private lessons need to be paid for at the time of booking the session.
No refund if cancelled within 48hrs of appointment.
£10 is non-refundable for every private class cancellation
FACILITIES:
Although space is provided for coats, shoes and handbags in the studio personal belongings are left at clients own risk.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
Please talk to your instructor.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Matwork classes are pre-paid in advance of each block. No show and cancelled mat classes are non-refundable.
Please be aware that a client may require one or more privates sessions prior to joining a class depending on their individual circumstances.
Mat classes and privates sessions are payable by BACS transfer or money taken directly to the bank (details will be provided) on week 4 of the current block to secure your place for the next six week block.
Prompt payment is greatly appreciated and is non-refundable.

Dress code: no jeans/trousers with zips, buckles, belts or hooks. Close fitting exercise garments are preferred. Footwear: socks, non-slip socks, slippers. All outdoor shoes must be removed once you have entered to mat-room (no outdoor shoes on wooden floor).
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of session to avoid late arrival and disturbing the flow of the class. A door blind will come down once the class has started.
